No real excuse - just fighting a bug and not good at concentrating. Overwhelmed with to dos. And when painting becomes one of them instead of a joy, perhaps it's best not to try.
I will try to visit all the PPFers and see your efforts even if I'm not joining the party this week. Hope you all have fun at Paint Party Friday!
(Hmm - Wonder why Blogger doesn't convert ascii happy/sad faces to cartoons - wordpress does...)

Hope you feel better Eva. It's no fun feeling a bug. :)) Take care and see you next week.
ReplyDeletebummer! feel better!
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon so you'll get to enjoy the paints. :)
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon!!! Seems to be a lot of those "bugs" going around.
ReplyDeleteWe miss you, Eva. I hope you are better soon. I know when I don't feel well I don't feel like doing arty things. There are lots of artists today with colds, flu, etc, it seems. You are probably right that it is the internet that is causing PPF to load so slowly. Thanks for addressing that issue.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon - it is that time of year when the weather can't make up its mind!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon Eva!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon Eva. Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my blog for PPF!
ReplyDeleteEva, there are just days like this - good for you not to make painting a job!!! I hope and wish for you that you will feel better very very soon.
ReplyDeleteOh poor you - hope you recover quickly and that your creative enthusiasm returns.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you are under the weather, feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon Eva, we miss you and your lovely creations! Thanks for stopping by and visiting me though! Deb

ReplyDeletePoor you. Hope the bugs gone.
ReplyDeleteAw! I'm so sorry you're not feeling your best. Hopefully, you can start fresh tomorrow, yes! :)
ReplyDeleteAwe, I too hope you feel better soon - here's hoping you get some quiet time and good TV . . . xo
ReplyDeleteI hope you're feeling better. Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment....it made me laugh!
ReplyDeleteEva, I do hope you feel better soon enough!
ReplyDeleteThank you, btw, for your truly lovely words on my blog. Really touched me. I did have to laugh at the thought I was 20 years older and that many pounds heavier! why is it people think that? Must be my love of goodies, eh? Can;t take ot that English sweet tooth you know.
Anyway, do be sure to update your link for C.T. on your side by to creativetuesdays.blogspot.com. Se you there.
As always, thank you! So love your stuff.
All the best for a speedy recovery! Would love to see more of your work sometime.
ReplyDeleteI have thought about you about 6 times this week, girlfriend...you are one of THE ones, you know?
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better, I think you are worrying about others more than yourself...
The reason I haven't done PPF in so long is...I feel if I post there I should rightly look at and respond to everyone's beautiful soul shown through their art work. And I can't imagine where I would steal those hours from. I will make it a point to do it this Friday though, for you...if only to prove that you and your endeavors matter to me. You are a person who changed my life and I hold you in my heart. Love,Lisa
Thanks for your sweet comment. Hope you feel better soon, Eva!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better now; I have been fighting the dreaded lurgy all weekend, too! Valerie
ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling better by now, Eva!
ReplyDelete(cuz Blogger isn't as good as Wordpress, in a million ways!)
Hey Eva, I looked and looked for your link on PPF and finally just came here to see what happened. Sorry you're feeling bugish. I hope you get back to your normal great self soon.
