Paint Party Friday - Week 16 - Painted ICAD

Happy Canada Day everyone! 

Still no canvas paintings finished here (rats) but I did paint some more index cards for my ICAD project. 

My Fave this week...


Doodling first... then painting a bit...
(looks like a speedy turtle to me)

 and again (since the first was fun)...
(Maybe a relaxing colourful starfish?)

And since we'll have Royal visitors in Ottawa this weekend, perhaps we'll see lots of these...

I also did some more using other mediums which I am posting separately.

I will be at a friend's Canada Day Party later so I will be in and out over the weekend, visiting you when I can. Have a great time at the party!!

    I'm a big doodle fan myself, and these came out beautifully! Love the chica in the bonnet. Makes me want to abandon everything and head for the beach...alone. :)

    It would make a nice artist date, actually. Hmmm...

    Painting this week?! Oh, rats! Me, too! No painting this week for me but I doodled a good bit and led the kids to be creative with their stuff so I got points there. But I miss my painting! Maybe next week. Happy weekend!

    Ohhhhh I remember when I was younger how I would take a piece of paper and doodle lines all over and then shade them in. You made cute little drawings from yours! HAPPY PPF!
