Sunday Sketches and my New FACES Sketchbook

One of the things I wanted to do more of this year was sketch faces. It's now July! Oops! But I am finally getting started - inspired by faces from old Vanity Fair magazines.

Can you guess who she is?

Advertising cologne...

Hope all the Sunday Sketching with Blue Chair Diary participants are well! I will be visiting you soon.

  2. Wonderful sketches, I would say without a doubt the gorgeous lady is Marilyn Monroe. Although it is a terrific sketch I am at a loss as to who the gentleman is.

  9. Marilyn it is! Thanks! That you recognize her makes me feel better about my face drawing ability. The guy is from on ad for cologne - I thought he had an interesting and intense face but not one that anybody would know.
